AAC Mentor Program

Mentor Program
We'll help you find your star!		 The AAC Mentor Program (AMP) allows novice astronomers to become familiar with the sky and astronomical equipment with hands-on training and personal attention. After submitting your enrollment form, the AMP Chair will find the mentor best suited to your needs and interests.

The program generally runs six months and incorporates at least 3–5 observing sessions at mutual convenience. Most of these sessions are intended to take place at our regularly scheduled star parties, but other arrangements can be made.

All members are encouraged to participate. Please contact our Mentor Chair for more information or to enroll.
